You can pay for your online order in several secure ways. Currently you can pay with:

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact hello@wondr.care and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Sorry to hear that, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact hello@planetb.be about this. Leave your details there (address, photo of the problem) and let us know whether you would like to receive the product again or return it and get your money back.

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
• For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

Wij doen ons uiterste best om jou te voorzien met topproducten. Toch kan het eens gebeuren dat een product beschadigd geraakt tijdens transport of dat er iets fout loopt bij de productie.

Voor onze materiële producten volgen wij de wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar. Deze termijn start op de dag van de levering. Bewaar daarom zeker de leveringsbon of de trackingsinformatie van jouw pakketje.

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

Een water-based parfum gebruikt water als basis in plaats van alcohol.
Daardoor ruikt het clean en zacht bij het aanbrengen, zonder het prikkelende of uitdrogende effect dat alcohol kan geven. De geur ontwikkelt zich rustig en natuurlijk op de huid. Gezonder dus.

Onze parfum wordt bewust geformuleerd zonder ingrediënten die in Europa bekendstaan als zorgwekkend voor hormonale balans.

We kiezen voor milde, veilige geurstoffen die voldoen aan de strengste EU-veiligheidsnormen.

Ja. Onze water-based formule is alcoholvrij, huidvriendelijk en wordt ondersteund door een veilige solubilizer die:

- niet-irriterend is
- niet-fototoxisch is
- en 100% op hernieuwbare grondstoffen en processen is gebaseerd

Een zacht, comfortabel parfum voor dagelijks gebruik.

Verstuif de parfum op droge huid, bij voorkeur op warme punten zoals hals, polsen of achter de oren. Laat de geur even ontwikkelen; een water-based parfum opent zacht en laat de geur geleidelijk dieper worden op je huid.

Nee, en dat is net het mooie. Elke huid heeft een eigen natuurlijke geur, waardoor parfum bij iedereen anders tot leven komt. Test Morning Glow daarom altijd op je huid om de echte geur te ontdekken.

Een eau de parfum (EDP) bevat doorgaans een hogere concentratie geurstoffen dan een eau de toilette. Daardoor ontwikkelt de geur zich voller en gelaagder op de huid. Onze Golden Hour EDP is bovendien water-based en alcoholvrij, mild voor de huid en clean geformuleerd.

Onze water-based parfum bevat geen toegevoegde kleurstoffen, waardoor het risico op vlekken minimaal is. Toch raden we aan om parfum in de eerste plaats op de huid te gebruiken, zoals bij alle parfums.

Onze Wondr-parfum kan na verloop van tijd iets van kleur veranderen, dat is heel normaal voor formules met natuurlijke geurcomponenten. Door licht, lucht of temperatuur kan de tint langzaam wat warmer worden. Dat is puur een visueel effect en heeft geen invloed op de geur of kwaliteit van het parfum.

Onze parfum is water-based en niet op basis van alcohol. Dat zorgt voor een andere feel op de huid. Water verdampt namelijk trager dan alcohol. Daardoor blijft de spray na het aanbrengen even wat natter op de huid en kan de parfum in het begin licht plakkerig aanvoelen. Dat is normaal en verdwijnt na korte tijd wanneer de parfum is ingedroogd. Breng de parfum daarom aan op de huid, niet op haar of kleding.
